Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a structured, one-to-one development process designed to help senior leaders improve performance, leadership effectiveness and decision-making. At Quiver Management, executive coaching focuses on leadership impact, strategic thinking, communication, influence, resilience and team performance. Coaching is delivered virtually or in-person and aligned to both individual and organisational goals.

We work with CEOs, managing directors, senior executives and board members across a wide range of sectors, drawing on extensive experience gained from coaching hundreds of senior leaders over many years. We work with leaders who are navigating growth, change, increased responsibility, complexity or transition, and who want to improve their impact and effectiveness.

A typical executive coaching programme includes an initial chemistry session, clarification of goals, and a series of structured coaching sessions over an agreed period, usually 6–12 months. Programmes may include stakeholder feedback, psychometric profiling and regular progress reviews against agreed outcomes.

Executives typically experience improved strategic clarity, stronger leadership presence, better decision-making, enhanced communication, improved personal effectiveness, and more effective relationships with stakeholders and teams. Coaching often leads to measurable improvements in team performance, confidence and leadership capability.

Yes. We offer executive coaching both virtually and in-person. Virtual coaching is delivered via secure online platforms and follows the same structured approach as in-person coaching, making it accessible for leaders working across locations or internationally.

Business Coaching

Business coaching focuses on supporting business owners and senior leaders to improve the performance, growth and sustainability of their organisation. At Quiver Management, business coaching integrates leadership capability with business strategy, decision-making and execution.

Business coaching is suitable for business owners, founders, managing directors and senior leadership teams. Our business coaching draws on extensive experience working with owner-managed businesses, scale-ups and professional services firms across a wide range of sectors to support ambitious growth, succession, structural change and increased complexity.

Business coaching typically covers strategic clarity, leadership capability, decision-making, organisational structure, team effectiveness, accountability, and balancing operational demands with long-term growth. Coaching often includes work on leadership behaviours as well as commercial and strategic priorities.

While executive coaching focuses primarily on the individual leader, business coaching places greater emphasis on the organisation as a system. It links leadership behaviour with business outcomes such as growth, culture, execution and long-term sustainability.

Leadership Team Coaching

Leadership team coaching is a structured process designed to improve how a leadership team works together to achieve shared goals. At Quiver Management, team coaching focuses on goal alignment, trust, clarity of roles, decision-making, behaviours, communication, accountability and execution.

Leadership team coaching is designed for executive teams, senior leadership teams and management teams. We work with teams who want to improve performance, alignment and collaboration, particularly during periods of growth, change or increased complexity.

Team coaching programmes typically combine team diagnostics, facilitated workshops, structured coaching conversations and follow-up sessions. Delivery may include in-person sessions, virtual workshops or a hybrid approach depending on the organisation’s needs.

We use evidence-based frameworks including team development models, psychometric profiling, leadership behaviour assessments and our own team diagnostic tools. These frameworks help teams understand current performance, interpersonal behaviours, identify barriers and agree practical actions to improve effectiveness.

Teams typically see improved trust, clearer decision-making, stronger accountability, more effective communication and better alignment around strategy and priorities. Team coaching supports leadership teams to move from working as individuals to operating as a high-performing collective.
