We are very pleased to announce that after five years of running our European Quality Awarded certificate programmes in Coaching and Mentoring, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the leading professional body for coaching and mentoring in Europe, has renewed our accreditation for a further 5 years after a rigorous renewal process.
What does this mean for you?
The EMCC’s accreditation framework is seen as the golden standard in the industry, with a strongly researched competency framework. It means that you can be sure of receiving the highest quality standard of mentoring and training available from a dedicated, professional, qualified team.
Our two highly successful qualification programmes are designed specifically for leaders and professionals, who are looking to use coaching and mentoring as key parts of their leadership style and their services.
Since we started back in 2010 we have trained 100s of coaches and mentors with tremendously positive feedback. Some qualified coaches even describing the course as “life changing”.
The coaching these coaches have gone on to deliver has in turn helped and motivated 1,000s of coachees and mentees to improve their skills, confidence, impact and performance. It has helped build stronger teams and released time for the coaching leaders to focus on strategy, business development and their own growth. What a legacy they are building!
