We have added another high quality business coach to our team this month,
welcoming Catrin MacDonnell into the fold at Quiver Management.

Business owner and coach

Catrin is an experienced coach working with ambitious business owners and senior executives within organisations across many sectors including banking, finance, professional services, recruitment, digital media and PR and Government.

Many business owners in Bristol may know Catrin as the co-founder of Papadeli, a successful food business which started in the city as a deli 12 years ago and has grown into two cafes, a cookery school and an outside catering business.

Entrepreneurship

Catrin has a background in marketing and communications, and has studied entrepreneurship at the Europe Institute at Babson College in Massachusetts. She is fascinated by entrepreneurial behaviours and mindsets and how these can be promoted in all businesses, both for SMEs and corporates.

This combination of understanding entrepreneurship and her own successful business venture makes her a sought after trainer and coach for business owners who want to grow and large corporates who want to bring entrepreneurial thinking into their culture. Catrin has run training programmes for Barclays Bank’s business managers on how to understand entrepreneurs and adopt more proactive and commercial thinking, as well as courses for business owners.
