“We started our coaching journey in October 2014 with the aim to increase our overall staff effectiveness across the business. We trained up all our senior managers and team leaders as coaches to bring out the best of our 170 staff.

The feedback from the training has been incredibly positive and we could feel a real buzz and motivation around coaching from day one in all parts of the business.

Between October 2014 and April 2015 we have seen a significant tangible impact related to coaching, including increased ownership and collaboration across the teams. In terms of the bottom line, our renewal figures increased by 10% and non-sales staff generated £200K business in 6 months through a more proactive customer focus as a result of the behavioural shift.

Overall, coaching has not only impacted our staff satisfaction and effectiveness but also strengthened our relationship with our customers. We feel that, six months on, we have only scratched the surface of opportunities that coaching can offer to us.”

Zsuzsanna Kispal, Head of HR, May 2015

To support our customers in building their internal coaching and mentoring capability we have a number of services to support the implementation programmes.

Even with a strong qualified cadre of internal coaches and a coaching culture, there are often senior leaders in the organisation, who would prefer to be challenged and supported by an independent, external executive coach. We have a cadre of highly experienced and qualified executive coaches with senior management backgrounds. We typically provide 6 or 12 months support programmes with regular face-to-face coaching sessions and email and phone conversations in-between.

We provide group and individual supervision support for in-house coaches as well as managers/leaders and professionals using coaching in their work environment. Coaching supervision of internal coach/mentors is a good professional practise and helps continued learning, maintains ethical standards and manages risks. We can provide this as regular individual or group sessions or as a retainer service.

Measuring the return on investment, the organisational impact of the coach/mentoring programmes and improvements in attitude, skills and effectiveness are essential elements of well-managed training and development programmes. You’ll want to know that the programmes you have put in pace are working. We have a number of tools and methodologies available in this area including:

  • 360 degrees’ personal development assessments
  • Coaching culture assessments
  • Measuring effect of coach/mentoring programme (return on investment)

We will tailor these to the training goals and language of the organisation, or help integrate these into existing methods of evaluating and measuring investments.

We have extensive experience managing large-scale training programmes both from executive and consultancy roles and can provide programme management resources and support.
