This is a combined Certificate and Diploma programme taking participants from beginner to Diploma Practitioner level over 9 months.
Part 1: Certificate course
The Certificate course is a 2-month programme accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the leading professional body for coaching and mentoring in Europe. The programme has been awarded the prestigious European Quality Award, so participants will receive an internationally recognised qualification upon successful completion
Content
The 2-month programme consists of
- 2 day intensive skills training workshop (September 26-27)
- Coaching practice in your workplace
- Two 1:1 learning/supervision sessions
- Assessment

Part 2: Diploma programme
This part of the programme take the certificate coaching and mentoring competencies to the next level. It is designed to meet the stringent requirements of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s (EMCC) standards at Practitioner level, and has been submited for the European Quality Award.

Payment Terms and Conditions
The fee for the 9-month combined programme is £3,930 plus vat, a 25% discount on buying each course individually.
The fee covers the 5 non-residential workshops, lunches, refreshments, all material and individual support, supervision sessions (as specified), certificate and diploma assessments, certificate and diploma as well as 12 months membership of EMCC.
A 10% deposit is required to secure your place on a programme.
Upon receipt of deposit we will email enrolment form and invoice for the remaining fee.
